Passengers can expect to see the city skyline, Madrid's famous monuments, the Palacio Real, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and the Gran Via from above. Depending on the flight path, they may also see other sights such as the port of Madrid, The River Manzanares, El Escorial Royal Palace, Chinchon and its traditional balconies, as well as other historical monuments outside Madrid.
6. Are meals available during the tour?
No, meals are not provided during the tour. However, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included on board the balloon and helicopter.
7. How long is the tour?
The tour generally lasts between 30-60 minutes, including the flight and time on the ground to explore the area.
8. Are there any age restrictions on the tour?
Yes, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to ride in the balloon or helicopter for safety reasons.
9. Is there a weight limit?
Maximum weight per passenger is 120kg on the balloon and 110kg in the helicopter.
