4. Are there any weather restrictions?
Yes, we cannot operate during any periods of inclement or threatening weather. We cannot fly during heavy rain, low visibility, or strong winds. If the weather does not permit, we will reschedule your tour at no extra charge.
5. Are there any medical restrictions?
Yes, for safety reasons, certain medical conditions may prohibit some guests from taking part in our tours. We ask all guests to disclose any medical conditions or recent surgeries in advance, so that we can ensure the safety of everyone on board.
6. Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for all Orlando Balloon & Helicopter Tours services in order to secure your desired flight time and to have adequate time for safety briefings. We accept reservations up to 4 weeks in advance.
7. Is there an age limit?
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parental/guardian. We also have a minimum age requirement of 6 years old for balloon tours and 3 years old for helicopter tours.
8. How early should I arrive?
We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing. We recommend that you plan your travel time accordingly to arrive on time and make the most of your experience.
9. Are there any additional costs?
No, all costs for the tour are included in the price of the ticket. The only additional cost is the cost of photos or videos taken during the tour, should the guest choose to purchase them.
10. How long are the tours?
Tours typically last 3-4 hours, depending on the chosen tour. It can be longer for full day tours and group tours, and shorter for shorter excursions. Our staff can provide more information and help you choose the best tour for your needs.
